Discover bean-to-bar

Rediscover chocolate via a truly artisanal process leading to tastes and textures unlike anything you have experienced before.

Roasting

Fermented and dried beans are roasted using our unique roasting profiles to extract as much aroma as possible from the beans.

Cracking and winnowing

The roasted beans are cracked and separated from the husk to obtain cocoa nibs for use in recipes and in our delicious bars.

Refining and conching

The nibs, organic sugar and cocoa butter are refined and mixed for several days with heat and oxygen to bring out the full flavour of this premium cacao while also getting rid of leftover acids from fermentation.

Tempering, moulding and packaging

The chocolate’s temperature is carefully monitored and controlled to ensure the perfect result – one that makes the chocolate easy to remove from the mould, gives it a satiny shine, a satisfying ‘snap’ and an exquisite melt-in-the-mouth texture.
